About the chef

Her love for travel and food has led her to work in different parts of the world onboard prestigious Superyachts and working for the elite.

Ginger has had her Culinary education and training in various places around the world.  France, Belgium, America, Japan, Indonesia and Philippines to name a few.

She graduated at the renowned Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon, France where she mastered French Cuisine and Patiserrie.

Ginger is also a raw food chef, a culinary educator and a certified results coach.
